On Sunday, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz’s eldest daughter, Mehr-un-Nisa Safdar, suffered a road accident and suffered serious injuries.
Mehrunnisa suffered head injuries during the accident and was immediately taken to the hospital where surgery was undertaken, according to PML-N spokesman Maryam Aurangzeb.

Mehr-un-Nisa Safdar is now out of danger and is now under treatment at the Sharif Medical City’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Maryam Aurangzeb continued.
Maryam Nawaz postponed her trip to Hyderabad after receiving the news of the accident, where she had been scheduled to address a Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) rally.
